Here are some of your new favorite recipes to try!

Gluten-Free

Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients:
Kosher salt
1 pound gluten-free fettuccine (rice or corn-based works best)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Freshly ground pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

Instructions:
1. Boil salted water. Cook gluten-free pasta until al dente — stir often so it doesn’t stick! Save ½ cup pasta water.
2. In a skillet, simmer cream + butter until smooth. Add nutmeg, salt & pepper.
3. Toss in pasta + Parmesan, adding reserved water to loosen sauce.
4. Serve hot & sprinkle extra cheese on top!

Cinnamon Rolls

Quick Tips: 

​- Use a cast iron pan!

- Cut the rolls with unflavored dental floss. Slide it underneath from each side and cross both ends UP to cut and prevent smashing the delicate rolls!

Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Namaste flour

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 1 Tbsp yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1–2 Tbsp honey or sugar

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • Toppings of choice

Directions: 

Mix together dry ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Namaste flour

  • Almond flour

Add:

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1–2 Tbsp honey or sugar

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Mix & knead about 5 minutes.

Press into pan & add toppings.

Bake at 450°F for 15–20 minutes.

Cheesecake

Ingredients for filling: 

2 packages (8 oz ea.) cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

¼ cup all-purpose flour

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients for crust: 

8 gluten free grham crackers

(about 1 cup crumbs)

¼ cup of butter, melted

1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions: 

Crust:

  • Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter & sugar. Press into a springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 min.

Filling:

  • Whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream & vanilla; mix well. Add sugar and whisk again.

 

Bake:

Pour filling over crust. Bake 50–55 min until the center is just set.

Finish:

Cool completely, then chill until firm. Run a knife around the edge and remove the collar.

Add fresh strawberries or cherry pie filling. 🍓🍒

Banana Bread

Brought to you by my little sister! 

​Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups gluten free flour (1 cup almond flour, 1 cup Namaste)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas
chocolate chips (optional)
1-2 tbsp milk (if too thick/optional)

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together sugar, butter and milk.
3. Add eggs, flour baking soda, salt, vanilla and bananas.
4. Mix together and put in greased and floured bread loaf pan.
5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
